Doug Cole, Ph.D. 
Doug Cole joined DCMHS as a licensed Psychologist in 1986. He presently serves as the Region's Clinical Director in addition to serving as the center's staff psychologist.  His work includes providing individual, family, marital and group therapy at the Greenville and Rolling Fork Centers. He also performs court ordered competency, sanity, and commitment examinations. With a special interest in treatment of addictive disorders, he provides consulting services to the Region's Residential and Outpatient Chemical Dependency programs. He chairs the Region's internal Peer Review Committee and provides consultation & supervision to Masters level therapists working in the Greenville branch. An avid teacher,  he is an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Psychology at Delta State University in nearby Cleveland, MS and writes a monthly mental health column for the Delta Democrat Times.  He completed his Master's degree in Clinical Psychology at Northwestern State University of Louisiana and his Doctoral degree in Counseling Psychology at the University of Southern Mississippi.
