Dottie Caloway is the DCMHS Data Entry Coordinator, responsible for managing and editing service logs, collection documents, Medicaid reimbursements and adjustments. She serves as a liaison between IBM and Management Systems Software, the computer backbone of our service programs. In her day-to-day activities, she runs monthly statistical and semi-monthly reports as well as managing our monthly billing reports. She trains and supervises all computer operators in our 3 catchment areas, which includes conducting training on system updates and changes. She came to DCMHS with over 7 years of Military training, where she specialized in Administrative aManagement and attained a variety of meritorious honors.
