Betty Fullilove was one of the first two Licensed Clinical Social Workers to come to DCMHS in 1970. Presently she is the Coordinator of Stablized Services. She and Lynda Lavers co-authored the State CaseManagement Pilot program in 1984, which has served as a basis for Case Mangement planning and implementation thoughout Mississippi. She also sees consumers on an individual basis and oversees the management of Region V record keeping. She received both her Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Louisiana State Univirsity.
