Please return the original application and allow approximately two weeks for references to be checked. All state and federal agencies, and schools and universities will be extended net 30 day terms. C.O.D. Orders: Any C.O.D. orders over $250.00 must be paid in cash, money order or certified check. Orders under $250.00 will typically be sent company check O.K.. U.P.S. is the preferred method of shipping C.O.D.s because they only charge $4.75 for each C.O.D. tag. Trucking firms typically charge 5 - 10% of the C.O.D. amount simply for handling your check. Advance Check Payment: We welcome pre-payment via check. If it is a personal check please allow two weeks for check to clear the bank before the order is shipped. Someone Else Will" We will do our very best to provide good service and good product value WARRANTY Aquacenter works hard to sell only quality products and many of these products come with a warranty from the original manufacturer. If a product is defective under a warranty claim, please call Aquacenter for a return authorization number and send the product prepaid to our warehouse in Leland, MS. All warranty evaluations are done by the original manufacturer. Aquacenter will make every effort to coordinate returns and get quick, responsible warranty evaluations from our vendors. PREFERRED SHIPPING METHODS U.P.S. will now handle packages to 150 pounds. They also have a 100 weight program which gives the end user a discounted rate if more than 200 pounds are shipped to the same location at the same time. They also offer a 3-day select service to all areas of the continental U.S. at a very competitive rate. All other orders will be shipped via the most cost-effective common carrier - freight collect. If you are unable to accept freight charges collect, we ship freight prepaid and add 10% handling fee to the freight charge. DAMAGED FREIGHT It is the responsibility of the customer receiving the freight to file a claim or refuse merchandise that has been damaged in shipment. Every item that leaves our warehouse is tested and inspected before being shipped and should be in perfect condition upon arrival. TAX All Mississippi and Arkansas orders will be charged state sales tax unless the customer is a State / Federal agency or reseller and supplies a resale certificate. RESTOCKING & RETURNS We offer a 30 day trial to accept our product. If merchandise is returned for whatever reason in "like new" condition within 30 days, a full refund will be given (provided it is not a special order item). All returns must have a return authorization number and the customer is responsible for the return freight. Returns after 30 days may be subject to a restocking fee. NOTE Neither the manufacturer or reseller makes any warranty, expressed or implied, concerning the use of these products other than indicated on the label. IT IS A VIOLATION OF STATE AND FEDERAL LAWS TO APPLY CHEMICALS OTHER THAN BY PRODUCT LABEL, CHECK WITH LOCAL REGULATORY AGENCIES CONCERNING USE. ENVIRONMENTAL NOTE All incoming reusable boxes and packaging are recycled. We also shred all in-house paper for packing. |
